Ocala Voice AI Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Ocala Voice AI is operated by Turn-Key Solution FL Inc ("Turn-Key Solution," "we," "us"), a Florida corporation based in Inverness, Florida. These Terms govern your use of the AI Secretary service: an AI receptionist that answers phone calls for your business, texts and emails you what happened, and (on higher tiers) books appointments and manages related follow-up. By signing up, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can sign up

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you are signing up. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us (your website, hours, services, pricing, and anything else your AI Secretary is built from), since it answers your callers using exactly that information.

3. Billing and payment

Every plan is a monthly subscription, billed through Stripe starting the moment you complete checkout. There is no free trial: your card is charged before your number and AI Secretary are provisioned. Some plans include a one-time setup fee, charged with your first payment unless waived under a founding-member promotion. Prices are the ones shown to you at checkout. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles that directly.

4. The 30-day guarantee

Every plan carries our 30-day money-back guarantee, described in full on our Refund & Guarantee Policy. If your AI Secretary isn't answering your calls and capturing your leads in the first 30 days, every dollar comes back, setup fees included.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel any time by contacting us (see Section 11). Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period; your AI Secretary keeps working through the end of the period you already paid for. If you're within your first 30 days, ask for a refund instead under Section 4.

6. Call recording and consent

Florida law requires the consent of everyone on a call before it's recorded. Every call your AI Secretary answers opens with a short spoken notice that the call may be recorded. You're responsible for using recordings, transcripts, and caller information only for legitimate business purposes related to running your business, and for complying with any additional recording, telemarketing, or messaging laws that apply to how you use the service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the AI Secretary to:

• Run an illegal business or facilitate illegal activity
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam through the service
• Harass, threaten, or deceive callers
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the underlying service without our written agreement

We can suspend or terminate your account for violating this section, for non-payment, or for abuse of the service.

8. Service availability

Your AI Secretary depends on third-party infrastructure we don't control, including telephone carriers, our voice AI provider, and the underlying AI language model. We work to keep the service reliable but don't guarantee it will be available without interruption, and we aren't liable for outages caused by those third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Turn-Key Solution's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost calls, arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. If we make a material change, we'll let you know by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.
